Why should you celebrate when someone resigns, especially if it’s one of your podiatrists?
There are two main reasons:
1. It gives you an opportunity to work out the type of patients you really like to see and limit your time with patients you don’t like as much.
2. Best time to increase your fees. Your good patients will stay and your price-conscious patients will leave, which will free up your time to see more high-paying patients resulting in improved profits.
