In 2019, back when I had hair, I did a presentation at the OSGO Foot & Ankle Show in Liverpool titled The Power of Niching Down. I just found the recording, so I am uploading it now because it’s still a very important topic.
In this 15-minute presentation, I share three personal career-defining stories.
The first story is about opening a second podiatry business in Mackay, approximately 800km from Cairns.

The second story is about writing my first book, It’s No Secret There’s Money in Podiatry, and my second book, It’s No Secret There’s Money in Small Business. In this presentation, I say that the first book outsells the first book by five or eight times, but now it is about 15 times more.
My final story is about my two podcasts, It’s No Secret with Dr. T., which no longer exists, and the Podiatry Legends Podcast.
