When it comes to employing a podiatrist, one of the biggest mistakes I see is employing someone based on their years of experience.
Experience is really an accumulation of wisdom over time, so does a podiatrist who says they have twenty years of experience really have twenty years of accumulated wisdom, or do they only have one year of accumulated wisdom repeated twenty times?
You may be better off employing a podiatrist with two years of experience who has accumulated much wisdom in their short career.
