Most people will extensively prepare before going on a holiday. They will book tickets, plan activities, and even check the weather for the time of year they will be travelling. Some of this planning will start 12 months before the trip. If we can do it for a holiday, we should plan for our businesses in the same way, setting long-term goals and mapping out steps to achieve them.
