A few years ago, I went to Universal Studios, and when you visit, there are three ticket options. General admission, Front of Line Pass and the VIP Ticket. I’ve previously done the Front of Line Pass, but the last time I went, I paid for the VIP Ticket, which was worth every cent.
This leads to the question, can you offer your patients a VIP Experience, and if you can, what would it look like?
