Last night at the Cairns Taipans basketball, I bumped into a friend who said she has been seeing a podiatrist recently for
her ongoing heel pain.
When I asked who she saw, she said, "I don't know, it was just A PODIATRIST AT..." and she mentioned the suburb. She had no idea of their name and could not even remember the name of the business...that's not good, especially if you are trying to grow your business through patient referrals.
So, ask yourself, do you want to be known as:
- Just a podiatrist
- The podiatrist
- Or do you want them to say, MY PODIATRIST is...
