There are two types of superheroes: those who hide their superpowers and are frustrated, like Superman and Spiderman, and those who do not hide their superpowers, like Ironman and Captain America, which creates less frustration because they dive in and stop trouble as soon as they see it.
Every team member in your business has a superpower (or skill); as the employer, it is up to you to tap into it. It could be social media, communication, nail surgery or doing a biomechanical examination.
A team member with ten years of experience may have less skill in a particular area than someone with far less experience, and if you don't tap into their superpower, they will get frustrated and leave, and when they leave, they may go to a competitor who knows how to tap into it.
